- GLOBAL AVAILABILITY
Our mobile applications are made available globally through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Users from any country may download and use the apps, provided doing so is not in violation of local laws or store policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with local regulations.
- END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
By installing or using our mobile applications, you also agree to the following End User License Agreement (EULA) terms:
- The mobile apps are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, copy, or create derivative works of the app without prior written consent from Bellatrix.
- The license is non-transferable and revocable at any time by Bellatrix if you breach these Terms.
- Bellatrix reserves the right to update, remove, or restrict access to any app features without prior notice.
- Any unauthorized use of the apps will result in immediate termination of this license.
You must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and/or Google Play Terms of Service applicable to app usage on your platform.
- USE OF SERVICES
You agree to use our website, applications, and related services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of our systems, services, or data.
Bellatrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, design, source code, trademarks, and materials provided on or through our services are the exclusive property of Bellatrix or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our services without prior written permission from Bellatrix.
- DATA COLLECTION AND USER CONSENT
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of limited personal information such as location data, device access permissions, and usage metrics, solely for purposes like enhancing service quality, enabling features, analytics, and performance monitoring.
We may use third-party analytics tools (including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Play Console, AdMob, or other paid/free platforms) for the improvement of our services. Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- ADVERTISEMENTS
Our mobile applications may contain advertisements from third-party providers. While we strive to ensure that advertisements are appropriate and non-intrusive, Bellatrix is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.
You acknowledge and agree that interaction with third-party ads or services is entirely at your own risk and governed by the third party’s own terms and conditions.
- SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide continuous and uninterrupted access to our services. However, we make no guarantee of availability and may suspend, modify, or discontinue services at any time without liability. Bellatrix shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such downtime.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellatrix and its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or functionality arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Bellatrix, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of our services or your violation of these Terms.
